Default 1996+ Wiring Diagrams

I have a haynes sitting here and they don't seem to have any of the wiring diagrams for the s-series newer than 96', other than random stuff like a/c, radio, wipers, etc...

I'm looking for the diagrams relating to the ignition control module post 1996 because they switched it up that year. Anyone know where to find these?

The OEM FactoryServiceManuals (Helm, Inc, publisher) have wiring diagrams.
I have a set for '96 modelyear.
I think the best bet for updated wiring diagrams would be the Autodata.com site , which (i think) allows access to all data for a specific model for a year online , for about $15 [whereas the OEM complete manualsets run ca $150]. You could maybe get just the 'Electrical' book {my '96 Revised Saturn Electrical Service Manual runs over 540pgs , which includes most wiring diagrams} , but there is a wealth of info in the 440+ page 'Powertrain Controls' Service Manual , too.

There are sometimes discrepancies in info from manuals , esp as regards wiring info, so the more the better , for confirmation.
Please note that Chilton , Motors , and particularly 'Mitchell' Manuals may be available in local libraries . I think the commercial Mitchell Manuals and the Autodata.com info is the most up-to-date ... but i prefer the multiple views from a full OEM manualset.

If you have a very specific question , i can check my '96 manual ....

oh wow, it would be awesome if you could check yours for me.

I'm looking for what each of the five pins on the ignition control module do.

I'm not actually using it for a saturn is why, just the ignition system.

TIA.

There is no "tach signal" The signal on "D" is the indication that #4 has fired. You could use it for that though, its 1/2 actual RPM. And "C" is 2-3 and "E" is 1-4.
