Default SES, Oxygen Sensor, Bank 1 Sensor 1

out of the blue my friends L300 decided to kick on the SES light. He had Jiffy lube read the OBD-II because he had to get his oil changed anyway, and they said it came up as Oxygen sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1. We're assuming this is the sensor located in front of the front 3 cylinders. Are we correct? And autozone is charging $122 for this sensor, is there somewhere else that is cheaper?

Thx!

Bank 1 Sensor 1 is the rear (firewall) side of the engine.

I just told him... he's not at all happy. He was hoping it was the other one so he could do a quick swap out without having to do too much work.
