Service Engine Light P0421
I just received and Engine Code P0421 yesterday and not sure what could cause this code. Does anybody have a an idea what could this code? I have replaced one of the 4 O2 sensors ans thermostat ans spark plugs at 100,000 miles. I know have 132,000 on the car. 2002 L300.

P0421, Catalyst Bank 1
Worn out Catalytic Converter, bad downstream O2 Sensor, possible bad upstream O2 Sensor triggering erronous readings.
